Comments: Describe the force that causes the balloon to move along the string. Gather the appropriate materials and perform the experiment as shown in the clip. Conduct multiple trials using different amounts of air in the balloon (full, 1/2 full, 1/4 full, etc.). Use a table to record the distance and time for the balloon in each trial, then calculate the speed of the balloon in each trial. Create a properly-labeled bar graph comparing the amount of air in the balloon to the speed of the balloon. How does the amount of air in the balloon relate to the motion of the balloon? Explain using the data in your bar graph.
